RETURN POLICY

Shop with confidence!!  If you are not happy with your purchase from savvyhostmarket, Savvy Host will be happy to accept a return or exchange for a period of 45 days from date of purchase.

RETURNS / EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

In order for our team to best facilitate your return or exchange, please carefully follow the steps below.

1. Please fill out an explanation for the Return Merchandise/ Exchange, including Order #, and email to order@savvyhostmarket.com noting the following in the Subject Line - RETURN Order #xxxxx.

  • If you are making an exchange and the total cost of your exchange is more than the amount of your return, please include your payment information.
  • If you are returning or exchanging a gift, please indicate "Gift Return" on the back of the invoice enclosed with your shipment.

2. Make a copy of the completed invoice for your records.

4. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return with a service that provides you tracking and tracing information.

5. We're sorry; return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please refer to Damaged Items.

Your return and exchange will be processed promptly and will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.

Only products purchased at SavvyHostMarket may be returned for refund or exchange.  Items purchased through a retail partner must be returned to the location of purchase, in accordance with the return policy of the retail partner.

Products eligible for return will not evidence use, and will be returned in their original packaging.

Please note: Savvy Host Gift Certificates cannot be returned or exchanged.

DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact Savvy Host Customer Service immediately at 1-888-761-2270 or by email to order@savvyhostmarket.com.

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

Shipping Options

SavvyHostMarket orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. As you proceed through Checkout, shipping options are offered for your SavvyHostMarket purchase. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during Checkout.

Please Note:

  • All purchases require bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed/shipped.
  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays (United States).
  • Orders with Overnight or 2nd Day Service will be shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation.
  • Orders with Overnight or 2nd Day Service may require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise designated by the recipient. If a signature waiver is in place, Savvy Host cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
  • Orders sent via USPS will not be insured.
  • To arrange for orders to be shipped outside of the Unites States, if you have difficulty with the online real-time rates, please contact Savvy Host Customer Service (1-888-761-2270 or order@savvyhostmarket.com).
  • To arrange for shipment to a P.O. Box, please contact Savvy Host Customer Service as above.
